#Time es un autorretrato que habla de mi obsesión por la velocidad del tiempo. #Time es un deseo por detener el tiempo un instante en el momento presente.
Pasamos tanto tiempo recreándonos en el pasado y planificando el futuro que nos olvidamos de disfrutar el presente y cuando nos queremos dar cuenta aquel presente se ha convertido en pasado.
Me gustaría poder detener el tiempo, aunque sólo sea un instante; me gustaría poder viajar al pasado . . .

En cada una de las fotografías que componen #Time hablo de la permanencia de los objetos y de la movilidad de la vida.
A través de las diversas capas que componen cada imagen intento reflejar lo que sucede a nuestro alrededor, todo lo que nos estamos perdiendo al no vivir el presente de forma consciente.
Cada una de las imágenes que configuran #Time son una invitación a reflexionar sobre una vida que vivimos demasiado deprisa, sin disfrutar del momento presente, ese presente que cuando queremos recuperar ya se ha convertido en pasado. Son una invitación a disfrutar de nuestro alrededor y nuestro día a día de forma consciente, porque quizás el futuro que esperamos ansiosamente no llegará.
La distinción entre presente pasado y futuro es una ilusión, pero se trata de una ilusión muy persistente.

#Time, Susana´s newest work is a self portrait that talks about the speed of time. #Time is a wish to make it stand still for a while in the present day.
We spent a lot of time thinking about the past and planning the future and we forget to live the present and when we realize it the present has been past.
I would like to stop the time for a while, even if it would be one minute; I would like to travel to the past . . .

In each picture that belongs to #Time I talk about the permanence of objects and the mobility of life.
I work with several layers to reflect what happens around us, to show you what you are losing when you are not living the present conscientiously.
Each picture is an invitation to think about a life, we live too fast, we forget to enjoy the present and suddenly this present becomes to past and it is impossible to recover it. Each picture is an invitation to enjoy the world around each day, perhaps the future never arrives.
