artFix
High art on the high street
Last Friday 28th February my work was shown at Oxford St with artFix. I would like to share with you some information about artFix and the event.
Sinthesis Company has a history of 13 years in delivering cultural, educational and social impact projects with the mission of offering new perspectives on our daily lives, encouraging positive change and supporting social progress. In this context, Sinthesis UK is currently developing the new and inspiring project of artFix.
Through our strong and long experience in the creative industry, we have identified a gap in the market of the arts, between the pop-up art events and the established cultural organizations, which denies people the opportunity to enjoy the arts, where they are, whenever they feel like it. artFix will create permanent artfix stores in everyday places around London, in select high-footfall locations, in high streets and shopping centres delivering, under one unified brand, artistic content originating from major cultural organizations and community artists. In an artFix store anyone can drop in and enjoy a fix of art, easily, affordably, anytime, anyplace. Visitors can consume art spontaneously, in diverse and dense fixes during their lunch break, or whilst shopping or walking at anytime (Mon-Sun, 9am-9pm).
